I have Pilonidal Sinus
There is a 6 month old pilonidal sinus. The track is 5 cm long and 5-7 mm wide. Doctors say there's a lot of hair in it. I am confused between flap or laser surgery.
Please suggest something.

But if expertised surgeon..may survive rhomboid flap also
