I have perianal abscuss on my left hip near to anus.it also has pus. There is two side of drainage of pus one is on the abscuss and second is from anus.i have showed to a lady surgeon.she was also confused.she has given some medicine and suggested me for hemogram test.its around 1 month I am facing this problem.i am not getting its a lump or fistula.please help me
