I was diagnosed pcod on 2011 ,I took treatment for 4 years...then discounted ....then after 3 years I scanned it says ovaries are normal with pod free .....should I b n medication...again

If ovaries are working fine,no medicine is required. You can repeat your ultrasound if you notice any symptoms. Live a stress free life and eat healthy. Stay physically active,a minimum of 45 min of walk or exercise or a combination of any sport.

Hello there, congratulations!! There's no need to take any Medicines. But you have to take care of your lifestyle..I mean adopt healthy lifestyle. 1)  Early to bed early to rise 2)  Healthy food, lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, .. 3)   excercise  5) say no to junk food.... 6) remember it's a hormonal & lifestyle disorder too.. Follow Healthy lifestyle & it will not reoccur.. Wish you all the best..
