I have pain on my right shoulder area

I am getting pain over the shoulder area and joints. One day on the left joint of the shoulder i got pain. The next day it is transferred to the right joint of the shoulder. I am not able to sleep properly. I cannot toleratethe pain caused in the shoulders and joints. Please suggest me
