I have pain in buttocs

2025-08-04 08:07:34
I am a 30-year-old who drives extensively for work, often more than a typical driver. I also spend long hours sitting at a desk. Recently, I've started to feel a mild pain in my buttocks. It's not severe, but since this is the first time I've experienced something like this, I'm a bit worried. The pain has lasted for a week, and I haven't taken any steps to address it. Could this pain be a result of my long hours of driving? I drive a minimum of 5,000 to 7,000 kilometers per month. What can I do to care for it? Or give me any tablets. I'm a very fit and healthy guy who workout every day and maintains a good diet.
