My problem is the teeth backside one white point there are no pain i know i have Orel cancer but it is the first state please help me i am at now out of India here are no money for treatment i am at Saudi Arabia here is more problems for treatment please help me

How are you sure that it's cancer, the only way to be certain is to get a check up from oncologist and a biopsy, it might be scar tissue of cheek bite.
