USG is not the most reliable test for stones. Best is to do a CT KUB. It will tell clearly the size and location of the stone. Based on that we can plan management. I am not sure how much homeopathy will help in stone disease. More than 6-7mm stones are difficult to manage by medicines. It can cause blockage to the passage of urine from kidney to bladder.
