There is some smooth spots on my head. The hairs of that portion have been vanished. I think it spreading all around my head. Kindly suggest me some tips to get over of it

Hello sir Does it look like patch of hair lost ? Since when you are having this problem ? Do any of your family members have similar complaints? Kindly send photo and contact for detailed discussion.

from your history I suspect alaoepacia aerata .. which is a auto immune condition need to be evaluated . I m not sure since you haven't attached photo of the lesion.
