I have had these dots for a months , and their not itchy. I think their cause by wearing a shoes for to long, but im not really sure.

It may be due to schamberg purpura which is also called pigmented purpuric dermatosis. Please call me or send photos to online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice. Avoid standing for long duration.
