I have fever from 2 days, hv taken Nimesulide and amoxicillin but not much effect. Feels like viral to me pls suggest medicine.

Take tab paracetamol 500 instead of Nimesulide. Continue Amox as prescribed Hydrate your self with warmwater /lemon / coconut water ( atleast total 3 litre fluid)
