I did widal test and the report is attached kindly suggest shall I need to start typhoid ? Only typhoi H is 1:160 rest all 3 are under 1:80 for detail report is attached

As far as the report goes, you don't have typhoid. But widal is not a good test to be done to confirm Typhoid fever. And any test results without knowing the patient's clinical history is quite useless. So I need to know what are the problems you experienced to come at a diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
