Please im seeking to investigate possibility of adult ADHD ,I Have been dismissed many times by doctorsand  diagnosed with mixed anxeity and depressive symptoms . 1. "I can't start anything, even when my life depends on it." 2. "I have no sense of time. A 15-minute job can steal my whole day." 3. "My impulsivity has cost me money and put me in danger." 4. "Medications for anxiety and depression didn't touch the real problem." 5. "Nicotine gum, for the first time, made my brain feel clear and in control." 6. "This isn't new. I've been like this my whole life, but now I have no safety net." 7. "My mind is a constant, exhausting storm of thoughts and daydreams." No histry of smoking or alcohol Please i want to talk to someone who sees good amount of adhd patient, i feel ashamed and embarrassed whenever i visit a psychiatrist Im really struggling im life financial loss educational loss am about to drop college, a threat to my own physical safety due to impulsively in action.
