I have breathlessness since 1 week which is more since today morning. There is some chest pain also. I have no other problems.

Breathlessness with chest pain suggest pleural pathology especially if you are not having cough. Get a chest X-ray and see a pulmonologist. At 30 yrs chance of heart disease is very remote.
