Does femur bone grafting and nailing is really effective for facture healing..what is the union rate after bone grafting in femur ? Please let me know .I'm worried about my facture

Why bone grafting and nailing ? Seems you have undergone one surgery prior . There is no clear data regarding union rate following procedure . Fracture healing depends on many factors which can be modifiable or non modifiable .
