I have had anal fissures 3 months back and I have treated the same after consulting a doctor . Now after 3 months..I notice dark red bleeding in stool. I also find it difficult when I pass stool because I always pass hard stools. How can I cure the same. I feel normal all the other time..there is no pain or itching.
