I am 25 yrs old male , I have bladder neck obstruction and currently on meds which has kept symptoms at bay till I have the medicines .. I have spams in muscles sometimes which come and go, is there any natural treatment that I can take to get over this once in for all except surgery, which may cause retrograde ejaculation
