I have back pain problem

I have back pain problem from last 3 months. My neck points, spinal point, shoulders, arm, armpit and chest sides are paining. Cant sit more then hour. I have tried physiotherapy also but didnt get ay benefit now my armpit pain increases. I have thyroid and migraine problem as well Pleass suggest what i need to do or which doctor is good for this. General, physio, neurologist or any other one
