I have addict with chewing tobacco.

I have mostly eat 2-3 pouches in a day of rajnigandha or other tobacco. I want to leave this my bad habit... Can u help me or guide me how can I leave my bad habit.

Reduce intake of quantity  day to day basis. Intially use cardamom instead of rajnigandha. Tablets, chewing gums, patches are available in market try them. See dentist
