Hello sir, please visit a dentist and check for the cause if you have any related habits like smoking , pan and betel nut chewing or ghutka placing. Check for the root cause . The dentist will help you with mouth opening exercise and help by manually opening your jaws.

If you have pain in front of the ears, you might have a TMJ disorder.  However, there are many other causes for reduced mouth opening.
Next Steps
Take Flexon MR tablet twice daily after food for five days. Eat only soft food (such as rice). If there is no pain in teeth, give hot fomentation over the skin in the region in front of the ears.
Health Tips
Do visit a dentist and get yourself examined to confirm the diagnosis.
