I had a small small dots in my tongue. At morning time am brush it and that some bloods are come in mouth . It last 1 months I have it this. Why.. what can I do for this. . Pls help. . Somebody told me thus is for heat. .

Most probably cause of blood in mouth is related to your gums health. get a dental check up done and ask for scaling. tongue doesn't seem to be a problem
