I have a potential ganglion in my hand

My hand basically my wrist pains while rolling or moving up and down , can see a small lump. I can do regular work , move around pick things drive but whenever there is a movement in my right hand which requires rotation it hurts. The strength is also a bit reduced I can lift weights but this hurts .

It is ganglion in dorsum of wrist. Usually it is painless. If it grows in size abnormally go for excision.
