I have a very painful grape sized lump on my butt, a low grade fever, and headache. I have been using preparation-H, it helps for a little bit. I've never had a hemroid. I'm not even sure that's what it is. The veins in my balls feel sore even (my taint area). I'm afraid to eat and go to the bathroom. Every time I cough it shoots pain through my entire butt. This all started when I coughed and had what I thought was a painful fart, the pain never went away it just got worse and worse. This was about a week ago give or take a day. Every time I cough or sneeze now I fart. I don't know if this is all normal and will go away or if I need to go to the doctors.
