Respected sir/ma'am i had c section on 22nd Oct 2022 still above stitches my stomach is having pain and pulling sensation is it normal please suggest me

Yes that's normal As the uterus tries to revert back to the prepregnant state a little stretch is normal upto 45 days

Is your cessarean scar healthy? Is any kind of growth or discharge? If scar seems healthy then nothing to worry about ,these sensations will go over time .
