I am from mexico and because the recent earthquake I cant find any medical help regarding my problem, i had an abortion 4 weeks ago and im bleeding a lot with some clots and a I dont know what to do is this normal?

Hi is your bleeding continuous since 4 weeks or started after a gap? If started recently then probably your having menstrual cycle but if continuous then you need ultrasound to rule out incomplete abortion. You can take t.tranexemic acid thrice daily for 3 days and observe.
