I had a two  misscarriage in 14 weeks second miscarriage happened after 3days of the cervical stitch please advice why this issue happened after the stitch & How to prevent in next time.any treatment required for this

The causes of second trimester miscarriages are 1.Chromosomal 2.APLA syndrome 3.Uterine anomalies 4.Cervical incompetence Firstly the cause should be found out and then treat accordingly If the cause is cervical incompetence,cervical stitch can be applied laparoscopically before conception which has high success rates. 3 days after stitch miscarriage happened probably because of infection.
