Small focal rounded hyperdense lesion is seen at roof of 3rd ventricle near formen on monroe. altered cysts of 3rd ventricle shd be considered. inflammatory soft tissue or polps r seen in right frontal,right ethmoid,right maxillary sinuse .small polyp is seen in right hemi-sphenoid sinus.

The cyst in the roof of third ventricle is a benign non malignant cyst. It causes problem due to blockage of the passage of fluid (CSF) in the brain.
