I got my viramin b12 test report, and value is 113, which is very less. Is there a need to worry? I got this test done because I was feeling very low in energy for a long period of time.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Yes, you do need to worry. Because low levels aren't normal. You need to take tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for 3 months. Tab. Health OK once a day after food for 15 days. Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
