I got covid 4 months back, Still I am feeling full weeknes and full hungry , daily I am taking multi vitamin tablet also , I am not feeling well please suggest me on this

You are in the phase of post covid syndrome. You need adequate hydration, meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises. Please do things that you enjoy in leisure time. Eventually you will recover from this phase. It all needs a little bit of patience
