I get redness and itching all over body

From 2 month i am getting redness that causes itchiness! Its looks similar to urticaria. I have bee taking a medicine named cetirizine tablet but it only calm the itchines for some time. I don't know why it is happening even controlled milk and many other stuff could not figure out that what is triggering!
