I get periods only after having Deviry

I am unmarried & aged 23 now. I have irregular periods issue from the starting. After showing this concern to a gyno who asked me for the tests to be done. Ultrasound/Blood/Thyroid tests resulted normal. So I was asked to eat Deviry 10mg followed by which I get my periods. Is this fine? Will I face some big trouble once I am married/pregnant?
