I have vitamin b12 dificiency and my blood report says I have only 35pg/ml of vitamin b12 I'm taking rejunueron injection once every two days and nuerobion forte tablet for 10 days and d3 must tablet once a week I feel heavy headed sometimes and I feel like something is going on in my head and I can't bear many noices and I can't concentrate on one thing for too long why is this happening

These things can happen due to vitamin b12 deficiency. Consult a Neurologist if it persists even after vitamin b 12 deficiency gets corrected.
