I feel breathing difficult in sleep

I feel like breathing issues when sleeping I suddenly wake up I have shifting sides nasal congestion from 2 years Seen regular white phelgum from last 2 weeks I have anexity of health I don't have snoring What is this Sleep apnea? Asthma? Thyroid? Post nasal drip? Chronic sinusitis?
