The outside capsule is there for easier ingestion of the tablet and that it acts inside the body at the correct place. It is not a major problem that you took it without the capsule but the effect of the tablet is grossly reduced due to the same. The burping is because of the same reason. Drink plenty of fluids. Nothing more is necessary. The fever and fatigue are not related to it. I would advise for some rest and recheck the temperature after 4-5 hours with a thermometer.
