My age is 47yrs having high BP and uric acid,in my younger days I masturbate regularly I had married for 13yrs now , since last five yrs I ejaculate after one or two strokes , I want to sex for longer period and want to my penis becomes rock hard,sir sujjest some medicine having no side effects
