Hi
You no need to worry much.
In the x ray there is no big problem.
It's quite normal.
All you need to do is catch hold of a good physiotherapist who is expert in sports injuries.
And the medication what you take doesn't give much benefit.
Taking a pain killer is not just the solution for your knee pain.
Your knee should be examined properly.
But from x ray point of view No bony injury is noted
So all related to sift tissue surrounding knee.
Which can over come with perfect rehabilitation.
To be more precise in my opinion I need an MRI knee.
If not you can start knee rehabilitation.
Don't take long course of medication. It's just temporary.
