I am suffering from could and cough last few days.. any good tablets for this or good medicine. please suggest

Take cetrizine 10 mg one tablet at night time for three days,T.paracetamol 650mg thrice a day for three days,T.Roxithromycin150mg twice a day for three days, Ambrolyte cough syrup 1tsp thrice a day after food,T. Rantac 150mg twice a day for three days(before food).
Next Steps
Eat bland food.Avoid oily and spicy food.Drink only boiled water.
