I am suffering from cough and cold for three days. I took cetrizine but it wasn't worth it. Today I took medicine from my homeopathic doc . After that, my throat became worse. There's so much mucus stuck in my throat ..which is hurting my throat very much.

You have post nasal drip.. sinus infection need to rule out.. take steam inhalation.. anti-allergic tablet.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
