I am suffered with cough and everytime i have to spit out the phlegum. Even i am not suffered with cold. Need suggestion over this. It may cause any problems

As per your description you might have nasal allergies with post nasal drip.. chronic rhinosinusitis should also be ruled out.. take steam inhalation regularly.. avoid dusts and pollution..
