My height is 5.4 inch and weight is 33 kg and age is 20 years . Want to gain weight but helpless. I have disease called hipetetis b with 0.4 also low BP

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass.
