For pancreatitis inflammation avoid refind white flours, sugars, rice, starch, sweet items made outside, packaged foods and processed foods etc..instant foods, hydrogenated vegetable oils, transfats, Saturated fatty foods, chocolates and confectionery items, all baked items etc to be avoided or reduced completely..
To include good home cooked foods, well balanced nutritionally sufficient foods, moderate plant proteins, lean protein like chicken and sea fish like salmon and macarel if non vegetarian ,seasonal fruits and vegetables, more plain room temperature water around to 2 to 3 litres per day or as per climatic situations,nuts like almonds, walnuts etc..high fiber foods, whole grain cereals, whole pulses, buttermilk, skimmed milk for tea or coffee without
