While I speaking I can't able to speak correctly like my tongue is twisting word's while speaking which doctor can I consultant

There can be many causes for this problem . They can be either related to your tongue or to centres in brain which control speech . If its related to tongue (abnormality) then you should visit a dentist. Is this since birth ?
