I am having slight pain when I touch my breast and nipples from yesterday. is it breast cancer.? M scared. My age is 23 years plz reply fast

It sometimes happens just before the periods,as there are harmonal changes ,so most likely this pain is due to harmonal changes,breast cancer doubts if any can be removed by a mammogram or an ultrasound.
