I am going through Ayurvedic treatment for the past two months.My creatinine is at 7.0 as of last week reduced from 7.93 two weeks back.Would like to go to work.Have been asked to produce Fitness certificate.What do you require to issue the same.

Since you are on ayurvedic treatment, futness certificate should be sought from an ayurvedic doctor only. Its not advisable for any allopathic doctor to give fitness certificate
