I have 140/90 and 150/90 and Eyseight -1.5 and -2.5 i am getting head ache and feeling tired.. doctor suggested for blood test, RFT, urine analysis, in all i have cholestrol bit high.. doctor suggested for food diet.. i want any more suggestions.. to control head ache and hypertension kindly help me in this regard..
