I have back pain right side rib, because fall down from bike and getting pain at that spot

It might be rib fracture. It will take six weeks to heal. Consult doctor to rule out any problem with lungs or pleural cavity.

Should see a doctor and get it examined . X-ray to rule out rib fracture .
