Please suggest a cough syrup for me according to my age i am facing problem of cougg since last 5 days,in morning after my sleep my throat gets heavy and i get problem to speak after sometime i properly become comfartable to speak.please suggest a cough syrup

Gargle with warm salt water 3 times in a day for 5 day's atleast. Drink plenty of water.
