I have done some of the test for thyroid and these are the results Free T3, Serum by CLIA 2.90 Free T4, Serum by CLIA 0.84 TSH,(Ultra) Serum by CLIA. 17.681 Thyroglobulin Antibody (ATG),Serum (Serum,CMIA) 41.67

You need to start thryroxine tablets But are you on medication already or it to start? Rest I suggest you to connect to me further for better advise after knowing some more relevant history that would be helpful in your case Thryroxine dose,timings,brands & other contributions like lipid profile is equally important
