I am not getting periods from a month I am having pcos and I done my pregnancy test first the test was positive and next time negative I consult doctor but didn't told him about this positive result and took the medicine for irregular periods and not there is heavy bleeding big clottings pelvis pain from 1 week do you think I had an abortion ?
