I am 7 weeks pregnant as per LMP

I am 7 weeks pregnant as per my LMP but as per scan i am 4 weeks. Gestational sac was visible of abt 0.41 cm. But no yolk sac visible. Why there is gap of 3 weeks??

Discrepancy in USG reports often shows if there is delayed fertilisation,for further evaluation on the exact status of viability and gestational age you would need blood test , kindly connect on direct consultation for further advice o this .

It might be delay conception. Nothing to worry. usually heart beat develops at around 7th to 9th week. So please repeat scan after 3 weeks.
