Hello! In my opinion it is better you go ahead with the hysteroscopy as your usg report mentions that it could be polyps. Also could be remains of previous abortion.

Hello Hysterectomy is removal of uterus, obviously after that you can not plan pregnancy. Probably your doctor is talking about hysteroscopy which means putting a hysteroscope inside womb. It is a safe procedure, if done taking all precautions. It can guide us if any endometrial pathology is responsible for miscarriages.

Hysteroscopy is good for removal of polyps . Ask your doc to remove the polyps in same sitting for better implantation if embryo and prevention of miscarriage

Hysteroscopy can also be combined with tubal flushing and laparoscopy dye test to rule out other causes of recurrent miscarriage like endometriosis and tuberculosis.
